مسابقة ومعرض فنون بصرية من مصر

بعد فترة طويلة شهدت رغبة ملحة لفرص ممارسة الفن والاستمتاع به، تعود مدرار بقوة لإقامة دورة جديدة من مسابقة ومعرض روزنامة. وفي دورة هذا العام تقدم روزنامة ٨ مجموعة مختلفة ومتعددة من الفرص للفنانين الشباب، ونود أن نعلن هناك بعض المستجدات مثل انضمام منسق لفريق العمل والذي بدوره سوف يعمل بقرب مع الفنانين المشاركين على إخراج وعرض أعمالهم في أفضل صورة ممكنة. بالاضافة إلى الأحداث الجانبية والتي سيتم الإعلان عنها قبيل المعرض.

دعوة لكل الفنانين الشباب المصريين تحت سن ٣٥ للإشتراك في الدورة الثامنة من مسابقة ومعرض روزنامة للفنون البصرية المعاصرة، والتي ستقام فعالياتها خلال شهر مارس ٢٠٢١.

روزنامة هي مسابقة ومعرض دوري للفنون البصرية المعاصرة للفنانين الشباب المصريين، تنظمها مدرار للفن المعاصر.

تهدف المسابقة إلى تشجيع التجارب الإبداعية المعاصرة للفنانين تحت سن ٣٥، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الأعمال الإبداعية المتميزة بغض النظر عن الوسيط الفني المستخدم أو نهج العمل، سواء كان تقليدي او تجريبي دون الالتزام بأفكار أو مواضيع محددة مسبقا للمعرض.

الجوائز

إقامة فنية لمدة قد تصل إلى شهرين في هولندا، الجائزة مقدمة من سفارة هولندا.*
إقامة فنية لمدة ثلاثة أشهر في Cité Internationale des Arts، في باريس، فرنسا، الجائزة مقدمة من المعهد الفرنسي**
إقامة فنية لمدة شهر في سويسرا، الجائزة مقدمة من المؤسسة الثقافية السويسرية، بروهلفتسيا القاهرة***
عشرون ألف جنيه جائزة مقدمة من المجلس الثقافي البريطاني.
منحة دراسية كاملة بمصر لدراسة لغة بقيمة ٣٠ ألف جنيه مقدمة من جاليري أوبونتو.

جائزة مقدمة من مركز الصورة المعاصرة ****.

*تشمل جائزة الإقامة الفنية كل المصاريف اللوجستية من تذاكر السفر والإقامة والمصاريف الإنتاجية والبدل اليومي. الإقامة ستوفر تبعاً لإجراءات سفر Covid-19 الاحترازية حتي فبراير ٢٠٢٢.

** تشمل جائزة الإقامة الفنية كل المصاريف اللوجيستية من تذاكر سفر وإقامة وتوفير الإستوديو الفني، بالإضافة إلى البدل اليومي.

****الجائزة تشمل استخدام الخدمات الإنتاجية بقيمة ٣٠٠٠ جنيه، والتي تتضمن خدمات طباعة الشاشة الحريرية (سلك سكرين)، كذلك خدمات سي آي سي فوتولاب والتي تتنوع بين الطباعة الرقمية على مواد أرشيفية وبجودة متحفية، والمسح الضوئي وتحميض الأفلام الفوتوغرافية، وإعادة ضبط ألوان ألوان الشاشات (كاليبريشن).

إرشادات وشروط الاشتراك

يسمح للمتقدم المشاركة بمشروع واحد / استمارة واحدة فقط. في حالة إرسال أكثر من استمارة، يتم استبعاد كل المشاريع المقدمة.
يجب أن يكون إنتاج العمل خلال ٢٠١٩ – ٢٠٢١.
يشترط أن لا يزيد عمر المشارك عن ٣٥ عاما وقت افتتاح روزنامة (مارس ٢٠٢١)
يشترط أن يكون المشارك مصري الجنسية.
لا تقبل روزنامه أي أعمال شاركت في معارض أو مسابقات مصرية سابقة، كما لا تقبل المسابقة مشاريع التخرج.
من حق منظمي المعرض اختيار الأعمال والمشاريع بما يتوافق مع مساحة العرض والإمكانات المتاحة
يجب ألا تزيد الأعمال المشاركة بجميع أنواعها عن مساحة ٢x٢ متر
يقوم منظمو المسابقة باختيار لجنة التحكيم والتي تقوم بدورها باختيار الأعمال المشاركة والفائزة، بدون أي تدخل من منظمي المسابقة أو من المؤسسات أو الأشخاص الداعمة للمسابقة.
يتم الإعلان عن أعضاء لجنة التحكيم بعد افتتاح المعرض في شهر مارس.
يتم إخطار فقط الفنانين الذين تم اختيار أعمالهم للمشاركة في المعرض في موعد أقصاه ٥ فبراير ٢٠٢١ عبر البريد الالكتروني.
بموجب القانون المصري رقم ٨٢ لسنة ٢٠٠٢ بشأن الملكية الفكرية، يحق لمدرار استخدام أي وثائق مرئية (صور / فيديو) أو أجزاء منها لانتاج المواد الدعائية لمسابقة ومعرض روزنامة الثامن مع الاحتفاظ بحقوق الملكية للفنان.
يفتتح المعرض في ١١ مارس ٢٠٢١ وحتى ٨ أبريل ٢٠٢١ وعلى المشاركين استلام أعمالهم فور نهاية المعرض. وعليه يحق للمنظمين التصرف في الأعمال الفنية في حالة عدم استلامها.
تقبل روزنامة جميع الوسائط الفنية: تصوير، رسم، نحت ، فوتوغرافيا، تجهيزات، فنون الرقمية، فنون الفيديو، فنون الأداء، فنون تفاعلية، فنون صوتية وغيرها.
لا تتحمل إدارة المسابقة اي اختراق لحقوق الملكية الفكرية في أي عمل مشارك، ويجب على المشاركين مراعاة الحصول على إذن في حالة تقديم أعمال مقتبسة من الغير.
بعد إخطار الفنانين المشاركين في المعرض، يتم تسليم الأعمال بما يتطابق مع الأعمال المسجلة في استمارة الاشتراك، وفي حالة عدم الالتزام بمواعيد تسليم الأعمال تعتبر المشاركة ملغية. كما يتحمل الفنان كافة تفاصيل تنفيذ العمل الفني بالتنسيق مع منسق المعرض.
إرسال طلب المشاركة هو موافقة على بنود وشروط المشاركة في مسابقة روزنامة المذكورة في الأعلى.

كيفية الاشتراك عن طريق الانترنت

قم بتجهيز كل المواد المطلوبة من الأعمال التي تود المشاركة بها، مع صورة الرقم القومي الخاص بك.
يستلزم رفع صور الاعمال الفنية والملفات المرفقة وصورة البطاقة عبر موقع www.wetransfer.com سوف يرسل لك الموقع رابط لتحميل الملف فور الانتهاء من عملية الرفع، برجاء نسخ هذا الرابط داخل المساحة المخصصة داخل استمارة الإشتراك (ننصح بالانتهاء من عملية الرفع قبل البدء فى ملء بيانات الاستمارة) ونرجو التحقق من أن رابط التحميل يعمل بشكل جيد

برجاء مراعاة أن الملفات المرفوعة تظل متاحة على الموقع لمدة أقصاها أسبوع لذا يجب مراعاة إرسال الاستمارة فور الحصول على رابط التحميل.
في حالة إرسال اعمال فيديو، يجب أن يكون الملف عالي الجودة (نسخة للعرض)
يجب إرفاق ٣ صور مختلفة من العمل بجودة عالية.
يجب إرفاق صورة الرقم القومي (البطاقة) وإرسالها مع الاستمارة
الأعمال التي ترسل دون ملء استمارة الاشتراك لن تؤخذ فى الاعتبار.
يمنع منعا باتا تسليم الاستمارة عن طريق اليد أو من خلال اسطوانات CD.

Visual Arts Competition & Exhibition from Egypt

Following a long period that has seen us craving for opportunities to make and enjoy art publicly, Medrar comes in at full power with a new edition of Roznama Competition and Exhibition. Also for this year’s edition, Roznama 8 will offer a wide range of opportunities for young artists and introduce some interesting novelties, including a curator –who will work closely with the selected artists before the final exhibition – and a program of side events.

A call for all Egyptian artists below 35 to participate in the eighround of Roznama competition and exhibition for contemporary visual art to be held in March 2021.

Roznama is an annual competition and exhibition for contemporary visual art for Egyptian artists organized by Medrar for Contemporary Art. The competition aims to encourage creative contemporary practices of young artists below the age of 35 by highlighting and awarding the outstanding genuine works, beyond their discipline or medium.

Prizes

Artist in Residency for up to 2 months in the Netherlands provided by the Embassy of the Netherlands*
Artist in Residency for 3 months at Cité internationale des Arts provided by the French Institute**
Artist in Residency for 1 month in Switzerland provided by Pro Helvetia Cairo – Swiss Arts Council***
20,000 EGP cash prize provided by the British Council.
Language scholarship in an acknowledged institution in Egypt for the equivalent of up to 30,000 EGP provided by Ubuntu Art Gallery.
1,000 EGP cash prize provided by Gypsum Gallery.

****The CIC Prize consists of the use of our production facilities for the equivalent of 3000 EGP. Our production facilities include our silk screen printing workspaces, as well as the CIC Photolab which offers digital museum quality ink-jet printing, analog film developing, scanning and monitor calibration.

Guidelines and Conditions of Participation

The applicant is allowed to apply with only one project/ one application form at most. If the applicant sends more than one form all submitted projects will be excluded.
The submitted artwork projects should be produced during 2019-2021.
The age of the participant should not exceed 35 years of age at the opening of Roznama in March 2021.
The participant must be an Egyptian national.
Roznama does not accept any artwork previously exhibited in any Egyptian competitions, contests, and it can not be part of a graduation project.
The competition organizers have the right to select the artworks and projects in accordance with the exhibition space capabilities and the facilities available within the space.
All participating artworks in all its forms should not exceed an area of 2×2 meters.
The competition organizers select the jury committee. Then, the participants’ selection and the winners’ selection processes will be held by the jury only. Neither the organizers, institutions nor partners will be involved in these processes.
The jury committee members will be announced after the opening of the exhibition, by March 2021.
Only applicants whose artworks are selected to participate in the exhibition will be notified via email, no later than 5 February 2021.
Under the Egyptian Law n.82 of 2002 on the Intellectual property, Medrar is entitled to use any visual documentation (either photos or videos), and part of the artworks of the participants to produce promotional material for Roznama 8th competition and exhibition.
The exhibition will be inaugurated on 11 March 2021 and will last until 8 April 2021. All participants shall receive their works immediately after the exhibition closure. The organizers are entitled to dispose of their artworks after that date.
Roznama accepts visual artworks such as painting, drawing, sculpture, photograph, installation art, video and moving images, digital art, interactive art, performance art, sound art.

Roznama management team does not assume any breach of intellectual property rights in any participant work. Participants must take into account the fact that they are required to obtain permission in case they are presenting any artwork borrowed from third parties.
After notifying the participant artists, artworks must be delivered in conformity with the work sent in the application form. In case of non-compliance with the deadlines of delivery, the participation is void. The artist also bears all details of the implementation of the artistic work in coordination with the exhibition coordinator.
A participation request must comply with the guidelines and conditions of participation above.

How to participate (via the internet)

Prepare all the required materials for the artwork you would like to submit and a copy of your National ID.
Upload the video files, enclosed photos and copy of your National ID via https://www.wetransfer.com. The site will send a link to download the file immediately after finishing the upload. Please copy this link within the allocated space in the application form (we recommend the completion of the uploading process before start filling in the form data).
Please keep in mind that the uploaded files will remain available on the site for one-week maximum, so you must consider sending the form immediately upon getting the download link.
In the case of sending video works, the file should be high quality (screening copy).
Attach 3 different HD photos of the artwork.
Attach a photo of your National ID and send it with the application form.
Artworks sent without filling in the application form will not be considered.
It is strictly prohibited to deliver the application form via delivery (Post mail or in person) or in CD form.
