مسابقة ومعرض فنون بصرية من مصر

٧ – ٢٩ سبتمبر ٢٠١٦

دعوة لكل الفنانين الشباب المصريين تحت سن ال ٣٠ للإشتراك في الدورة الخامسة من مسابقة ومعرض روزنامه للفنون البصرية المعاصرة، والتي ستقام فعالياتها خلال شهر سبتمبر ٢٠١٦.

روزنامة هي مسابقة ومعرض سنوي للفنون البصرية المعاصرة للفنانين الشباب المصريين، تنظمها مدرار للفن المعاصر. والتي تقام بمساحة مدرار بجاردن سيتي وجاليري مشربية بوسط البلد وسوما بالزمالك خلال شهر سبتمبر ٢٠١٦.

تهدف المسابقة إلى تشجيع التجارب الإبداعية المعاصرة للشباب تحت سن ٣٠، وذلك من خلال تسليط الضوء على الأعمال الإبداعية المتميزة باستخدام جميع الوسائط الفنية، التقليدي منها والتجريبي.  

تأمل مدرار من خلال المسابقة أن ترصد وتتابع الأعمال الفنية المتميزة وكذلك الفنانين الشباب المبدعين لكي تضمهم إلى شبكة المستفيدين من خدماتها ولدعمهم بكل السبل المتاحة.

 الجوائز 

– معرض شخصي بمدرار

– اقامة ثلاثة شهور ب Cité Internationale des Arts، باريس، فرنسا، الجائزة مقدمة من المعهد الفرنسي*.

– جائزة الفوتوغرافيا مقدمة من مركز الصورة المعاصرة (استخدام معمل الفوتوغرافيا)*.

– خمسة آلاف جنيه مقدمة من جاليري جيبسوم .

– خمسة آلاف جنيه مقدمة من جاليري مشربية.

– خمسة آلاف جنيه مقدمة من شركة الإسماعيلية.

– خمسة آلاف جنيه مقدمة من الفنانين محمد عبلة، شادي النشوقاتي، هاني راشد، هالة القوصي، هدى لطفي.

– ألف جنيه كوبون مشتريات من مكتبة ألوان.

* تشمل جائزة الاقامة الفنية كل المصاريف اللوجستية من تذاكر السفر والإقامة وتوفير الاستوديو .

* جائزة الفوتوغرافيا: استخدام معمل التحميض لمدة يوم شامل مواد التحميض، مسح ضوئي لفيلم واحد، طباعة بالمعمل الرقمي بما يعادل 600 جنيه.

إرشادات وشروط الاشتراك:

– يسمح للمتقدم المشاركة بمشروع واحد / استمارة واحدة كحد أقصى. في حالة إرسال أكثر من استمارة، يتم استبعاد كل المشاريع المقدمة.
– يجب أن يكون إنتاج العمل خلال عام ٢٠١٥ – ٢٠١٦.
– يشترط أن لا يزيد عمر المتشارك عن ٣٠ عاما وقت افتتاح روزنامه (سبتمبر ٢٠١٦)
– يشترط أن يكون المشارك مصري الجنسية.
– لا تقبل روزنامه أي أعمال شاركت في معارض أو مسابقات مصرية سابقة، كما لا تقبل المسابقة مشاريع التخرج.
– من حق منظمي المعرض اختيار الأعمال والمشاريع بما يتوافق مع مساحة العرض والإمكانيات المتاحة
– يجب ألا تزيد الأعمال المشاركة بجميع أنواعها عن مساحة ٢ متر
– لن يتم النظر في اي استمارة متقدمة بدون دفع رسوم الاشتراك وقيمتها ٢٥جنيه، لا ترد قيمة الاشتراك بأي حال من الاحوال.
– يقوم منظمو المسابقة باختيار لجنة التحكيم  والتي تقوم بدورها بإختيار الأعمال المشاركة والفائزة، بدون أي تدخل من منظمي المسابقة أو من المؤسسات أو الأشخاص الداعمة للمسابقة.
– يتم الإعلان عن أعضاء لجنة التحكيم بعد افتتاح المعرض في شهر سبتمبر.
– يتم إخطار فقط الفنانين الذين تم اختيار أعمالهم للمشاركة في المعرض في موعد أقصاه ١٥ يوليو عبر البريد الالكتروني.
– يحق لمدرار استخدام بعض من الأعمال المشاركة بالمسابقة (صور/ فيديو) أو أجزاء منها  في المادة الدعائية مع الإحتفاظ بحقوق الملكية.
– يتم افتتاح المعرض يوم الأربعاء الموافق ٧ سبتمبر ويستمر حتى الخميس ٢٩ سبتمبر ٢٠١٦ ، وعلى جميع المشاركين استلام أعمالهم فور انتهاء المعرض في موعد أقصاه ٤ اكتوبر، وعليه يحق للمنظمين التصرف في الأعمال الفنية بعد هذا التاريخ.
– تقبل روزنامة جميع الوسائط الفنية: تصوير – نحت – تجهيزات – فوتوغرافيا – الفنون الرقمية  – فنون الفيديو – فنون الأداء – فنون صوتية وغيرها.

– لا تتحمل ادارة المسابقة اي اختراق لحقوق الملكية الفكرية في أي عمل مشارك، ويجب علي المشاركين مراعاة الحصول علي اذن في حالة تقديم اعمال مقتبسة من الغير

 كيفية الإشتراك عن طريق الانترنت 

– ملء الاستمارة الالكترونية أسفل الصفحة
– يستلزم رفع ملفات الفيديو والصور المرفقة وصورة البطاقة عبر موقع https://www.wetransfer.com/ وسوف يرسل لك الموقع رابط لتحميل الملف فور الانتهاء من عملية الرفع، برجاء نسخ هذا الرابط داخل المساحة المخصصة داخل استمارة الإشتراك (ننصح بالإنتهاء من عملية الرفع قبل البدء فى ملء بيانات الاستمارة).
– برجاء مراعاة أن الملفات المرفوعة تظل متاحه على الموقع لمده أقصاها أسبوعين لذا يجب مراعاة إرسال الاستمارة فور الحصول على رابط التحميل.
– في حالة إرسال أعمال فيديو، يجب أن يكون الملف عالي الجودة (نسخه للعرض)
– يجب إرفاق ٣ صور مختلفة من العمل بجوده عالية.
– يجب إرفاق صورة الرقم القومي (البطاقة) وإرسالها مع الاستمارة
– الأعمال التي ترسل دون ملء استمارة الإشتراك لن تؤخذ فى الاعتبار.
– يمنع منعا باتا تسليم الاستمارة عن طريق اليد أو من خلال اسطوانات CD.
– بعد إخطار الفنانين المشاركين في المعرض، يتم تسليم الأعمال بما يتطابق مع الأعمال المرسلة في استمارة الاشتراك، وفي حالة عدم الالتزام بمواعيد تسليم الاعمال تعتبر المشاركة لاغية، كما يتحمل الفنان كافة تفاصيل تنفيذ العمل الفني بالتنسيق مع منسق المعرض.
– ارسال طلب المشاركة هو موافقة على بنود وشروط المشاركة فى مسابقة روزنامه.

تنظم مدرار لقاءات مفتوحة مع فنانين ومديرين ثقافيين عن كيفية تقديم المشاريع، سوف يتم الاعلان عنها لاحقاً عبر الموقع الالكتروني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.

 خطوات الإشتراك 

– قم بتجهيز كل المواد المطلوبة من الاعمال التي تود الاشتراك بها، صورة الرقم القومي
– قم بتحميل المواد كلها علي موقع التحميل www.wetransfer.com، سوف يطلب منك الموقع وضع ايميلين احدهما الايميل الخاص بك والاخر للجهة المرسل اليها، يمكنك استخدام  projects@medrar.org
– بعد انتهاء التحميل سوف يرسل لك الموقع علي الايميل الخاص بك رابط التحميل، (قم بحفظ الرابط لاستخدامه لاحقاً).
– يتم دفع رسوم الاشتراك ٢٥جنيه عبر خدمة فودافون كاش مع مراعاة ان هناك جنيه واحد اجر تحويل المبلغ، ترسل القيمة علي رقم ٠١٠٠٨٦١٥٥٧٤ (قم بحفظ الرقم الذي ارسلت منه لاستخدامه لاحقاً) لمعرفة خطوات الاشتراك بفودافون كاش قم بزيارة هذا الرابط، يمكنكم أيضاً دفع قيمة الإشتراك مباشرةً  في مقر مدرار ثم مليء الإستمارة الالكترونية لاحقاً.
– يمكنك الان القيام بمليء الاستمارة الالكترونية بالأسفل، سوف يتطلب منك وضع رابط التحميل ورقم التليفون الذي قمت بارسال رسوم الاشتراك من خلاله، أو اذا كنت قد سددت الرسوم بمدرار.

تنظم مدرار لقاءً مفتوحاً  لكل الراغبين من المتقدمين للإشتراك  بروزنامة مع فنانين ومديرين ثقافيين، يمكنكم من خلال هذا اللقاء التحدث بشأن مشروعاتكم وأعمالكم الفنية في كيفية تطويرها أو تنفيذها، كذلك اذا رغبتم في المساعده في كيفية الكتابة عن الأعمال الفنية وعن انفسكم. بالإضافة إلي أي صعوبات تواجهكم في مليء الإستمارة.

يوم الأحد ۱۹ يونيو من الساعة الخامسة حتي العاشرة مساءً (تقيم مدرار افطار ومشروبات رمضانية)

 A call for Participation in Roznama 5 

Visual Arts Competition & Exhibition from Egypt

7- 29 September 2016

A call for all Egyptian youths under the age of 30 to participate in the fifth round of Roznama competition and exhibition for contemporary visual arts to be held in September 2016.

Roznama is an annual competition and exhibition for contemporary visual arts for Egyptian youths, organized by Medrar for Contemporary Art and the exhibitions will take place at Medrar venue in Garden City, Mashrabiya Gallery- downtown, SOMA in Zamalek in September 2016

The competition aims to encourage creative contemporary experiences for youths under the age of 30 through highlighting the outstanding creative works using all art Medias, traditional and experimental ones.

Medrar aspires through the competition to monitor and follow up on the outstanding artworks of the creative young artists to include them in network of service beneficiaries and to support them by all available means.

 Awards 

• Solo exhibition presented by Medrar
• Three months residency at Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris- France. Presented by Institute Francais.*
• Photography prize presented by CIC, Contemporary Image Collective, (access to photography lab)* 
• 5000 EGP presented by Gypsum gallery
• 5000 EGP presented by Mashrabia Gallery
• 5000 EGP collective prize presented by the artists: Mohamed Abla, Shady El Noshokaty, Hany Rashed, Hala Elkoussy, Huda Lotfy
• 5000 EGP presented by Al-Ismaelia for Real Estate Investment.
• 1000 EGP coupon for art purchases presented by Alwan stationary

*Residency award will include all logistical expenses, including, flight tickets, accommodation and studio facilities in addition to per-diem.

*CIC photography prize: Using CIC darkroom for one day offering the chemicals free of charge, Scanning one film free of charge, Printing at CIC Digital lab free of charge with the equivalent of 600 EGP.

 Guidelines and Conditions of Participation 

• The applicant is allowed to apply for one project/ one application form at most. In case, applicant sent more than one form; all submitted projects will be excluded.
• The submitted art work projects should be produced during 2015-2016
• The age of the participant should not exceed 30 years at the opening of Roznama in September 2016.
• The participant should be Egyptian
• Roznama neither accepts any art work participated in previous Egyptian competitions or contests, nor graduation projects  
• The competition organizers have the right to select the works and projects in accordance with the presentation area and available potentialities.
• All participating works in all its types should not exceed an area of 2 meters.
• Any form submitted without the payment of the subscription fees of 25 L.E will not be considered. The subscription fees will not be reimbursed by any means.  
• The competition organizers select the jury committee, who in turn selects the participating and winning works without any intervention from the contest organizers, the institutions or the persons supporting the contest.
• Announcement of jury committee will be announced after the opening of the exhibition in September.
• Only applicants whose works were selected to participate in the exhibition will be notified not later than15th July 2016 via e-mail.
• Medrar is entitled to use some of the participating works in the competition (photos or videos) or part of them in the promotional material along with retaining the property rights.
• The exhibition will be inaugurated on Wednesday 7th September and it will last till 29th September 2016. All participants shall receive their works immediately after the show not later than 4th October 2016. The organizers are entitled to dispose of their artworks after that date.
• Roznama accepts various mediums as: photography- paintings – sculpture – installations- digital art- video art – performance art- sound art and others.
• The competition department does not assume any breach of intellectual property rights in any participant work. Participants must take into account to obtain permission in case of presenting any art work borrowed from third parties.

 How to participate via internet 

• Fill in the e-application below the page
• Upload the video files, enclosed photos and copy of ID via https://www.wetransfer.com. The site will send a link to download the file immediately after finishing the upload. Please copy this link within the allocated space within the subscription form (we recommend the completion of the uploading process before start filling in the form data).
• Please keep in mind that the uploaded files remain available on the site for two weeks maximum, so you must consider sending the form immediately upon getting the download link.
• In case of sending video works, the file should be of high quality ( copy for screening)
• You should attach 3 different high quality photos of the artistic work
• You should attach copy of ID and send it with the subscription form
• Artworks sent without filling in the subscription form will not be considered
• It is strictly prohibited to deliver the subscription form via hand deliver or CDs
• After notifying the participant artists, artworks will be delivered in conformity with the work sent in the subscription form. In case of non compliance with the deadlines of delivery, the participation is void. The artist also bears all details of the implementation of the artistic work in coordination with the exhibition coordinator.
• Sending a request of participation is an the approval of the terms and conditions of participation in the Roznama competition

Medrar organizes open meetings with artists and cultural managers on how to present the projects; it will be announced later through website and social media channels.

 Steps of Participation 

• Prepare all the required materials of the works which you would like to subscribe and copy of the ID
• Download all materials on the site www.wetransfer.com, the site will ask you to put two e-mails , one is your personal e-mail and the other of the recipient, so you can use projects@medrar.org
• After the completion of the download, the site will send you on your e-mail , the link of the download ( please retain it for future use)
• Subscription fees of 25 L.E will be paid via Vodafone cash, one pound will be deducted as fee for transferring the money. The fees shall be sent on the cell 01008615574 (please keep this number for future use).
